MPS Challenge

Here is a card I made for the MPS Challenge. You were supposed to make a card that is springy or makes you happy. This card is a little bit of both. I love how it turned out.
I used Cherry Limeade:
Cherry was cut at 2 1/2"
Circle was cut at 3"
Circle border cut at 4 1/2"
Flower was from a cherry top layer cut at 3 1/2"
The tag is from Tags Bags and Boxes at 3/4 "
Doodled with my white gel pen, pink inked the tag, added 2 green brads and added a pink bling to the flower. Sentiment was made on my computer and then pop dotted to the tag.
Thanks for stopping by.

I used Walk in My Garden for this card. The flower was cut at 3 1/2, 3, 2 1/2, and 2 inches. The leaf was 2 inches wide ( I cut it a long time ago and found it in my 'oops' drawer). The half circle was a scrap and the border was a Martha Stewart punch. Purple shimmer ribbon, white gel pen, purple gel pen, purple chalk, a nylon green butterfly and yellow button were used to decorate.

Bella

Bella LOVES to "help" me make cards. She dumped the trash twice and had a blast with all the little papers and the bag. She was covered from head to toe with little paper pieces! Little turkey!!!!!!!!! ps. She looks a little evil with those glowing eyes! Yikes!

I used Stand and Salute for the Life 1 1/2 inch, Liberty 1 1/2 inch and Pursuit of Happiness 3 inches. The dog tag was cut at 2 1/2 inches from foil cardstock. "And" and "the" were cut at 1 inch from Calligraphy Collection. I decorated with a white gel pen, 3 red star jewels and eyelet brads for the corners.
For this card I used Easter 2010 for the cross cut at 4 1/2 inches. The background for the cross was cut at 4 1/2 and 5 1/2 inches from Storybook. The sentiment is computer generated. The ribbon is Offray. The paper is Colorbok. I used I-rock pearls to decorate the cross and sentiment. I embossed the white paper with my cuttlebug.
Ribbon is from Walmart. The HI is cut at 1 inch from Mickey Font. The circle is 2 inches from Storybook. The scalloped circle is 3 inches from Sweet Treats. The border is a Martha Stewart punch. The paper is from The Paper Studio (Mirabelle) and card stock from Hobby Lobby. I added a little *bling* with my I-rock ( the 3 little rhinestones).
Here is a card I made for a friend. The cuts are all from Simply Charmed. The glasses are cut at 3 1/2 inches and the wine bottle is cut at 4 inches. CHEERS is cut at 1 inch. I used ribbon from Walmart on the bottle and a brown brad on cheers. I decorated with a white gel pen and baby blue stickles.
Here is a sweet little baby card. I used Life's a Party for the Lion cut at 3 inches. "Little One" is a stamp. I used my sewing machine for the stiching. The ribbon is Shimmer Ribbon from Oriental Trading. I love that ribbon! It is so pretty and makes great bows!!! I used my white gel pen to decorate the lion and red chalk for the cheeks. The paper is scraps from other projects. I added 2 buttons also.

As a new year's resolution, I decided to try to add directions to my cards or scrapbook pages. So, here's the 1st one:

Sweethearts-cartoche cut at 3 1/2"
Doodlecharms- Scalloped heart 3", next heart 2 1/2" and top heart 2"
I used Wal-Mart white and red cardstock and Colorbok paper for the background paper and the hot pink paper.
I used the swiss dot embossing folder on the white papers and devine swirls folder on the red and pink papers.
I used my white gel pen to "sew" around the card and a tiny pearl heart for the center of the hearts.
Finally, I made the bows out of shimmer ribbon in red and orange from Oriental Trading.

Thanks for stopping by...

The Pink Stamper Design Challenge 2011

The Pink Stamper is having a challenge to become part of her design team. How cool is that! Her requirements are to make a card, scrapbook LO or other Cricut project with Pink, Green, Brown, and any other color of your choice (mine is Hot Pink) with one of your favorite cartridges.
I chose to use Sweet Treats. I cut the entire cake at 7 1/2 inches. I used card stock from Hobby Lobby, The Paper Studio ribbon and 3 jewel leaves I had from Oriental Trading. I cuttle bugged the (chocolate cake) with the De vine Swirls folder. Looks good enough to Eat!!!
